Bruce Galloway- Partner, Attorney at Law
In 1986, Bruce Galloway began practicing law in Lake Stevens. Prior to that time he had been a real estate agent and broker in the area. With his extensive background in real estate and landlord tenant issues, land development, escrow and local community planning, Bruce has successfully served the Lake Stevens, Granite Falls, Snohomish, Monroe and Arlington areas throughout his career, and furthermore has expanded the reach of Galloway Law Group from Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, and King, to Island and Pacific Counties.
He is a certified instructor with the Washington State Department of Licensing Real Estate Division and a speaker for Continuing Legal Education programs in the field of real estate.
While he is experienced in litigation, Bruce prefers to see his clients involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution and often is able to avoid litigation by negotiating a favorable and timely settlement for his clients.
In 2009, he formed the Galloway Law Group, PLLC. Bruce C. Galloway has been a resident of Lake Stevens for over 35 years. In 1973, he graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business Administration. He became a real estate broker in the Lake Stevens area. In 1985, he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School. His hobbies are golfing and skiing.
Peter Rudolf- Partner, Attorney at Law
Before joining the Galloway Law Group, Peter spent two years as a judicial law clerk in Snohomish County Superior Court. During his term as a judicial clerk Peter worked alongside Judges and court personnel. He observed, learned and participated in the internal—behind the scenes—mechanics of the judicial system. Peter brings the experience of this unique judicial perspective to his client’s cases. This special client benefit is not commonly found in a small and personalized law firm such as the Galloway Law Group.
Peter graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law and passed the Washington State Bar Exam in 2014. Prior to law school Peter studied physics, mathematics, computer science, database administration, and philosophy, before concluding his bachelor studies in business administration at Walla Walla University in Eastern Washington. As a law student, he was a staff editor for the Seattle Journal for Social Justice and co-authored Women at Risk in Post Disaster Relief and Collaborative Preparedness: Lessons Learned (111-112 Bahesehir U.L. Rev. 345 (2014).
Peter is versatile and open to taking on the most challenging legal matters, mediating agreeable resolutions, and prosecuting and defending those causes. Peter's primary practice areas include: Landlord/Tenant Law, Land Use and Zoning, Boundary Disputes, Developing and Enforcing Home Owner Restrictive Covenants, HOA Organization and Management, Business Planning and Development, Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Law, Contract Drafting and Breach, and Dispute Resolution. Peter’s practice also includes general litigation.
Peter is an Assistant Head Deacon and audio engineer at the Greenlake SDA Church. He enjoys backpacking, experimental cooking, spending time with his dog, Daphne and is an amateur racquetball player. Peter also judges mock trials at Seattle University.
Adam Strand -Associate, Attorney at Law
Adam Strand graduated from Seattle University School of Law and was admitted to the state bar in 2014, where he focused on moot court participation, clinical experience, and trial advocacy. After law school, Adam was a law clerk in Snohomish County Superior Court for two (2) years, where he had the opportunity to research and observe a wide variety of legal matters. Adam’s undergraduate studies at Cairn University focused on theology, the construction and interpretation of texts, and how principles can be applied deductively to address any given scenario.
Adam entered private practice in 2016, and focused primarily on dissolution and child custody and support matters. For 3.5 years, he was known for taking on even the most challenging of cases, but also for being reliable and always well-prepared in court.
Largely self-supported, Adam has logged hundreds of appearances in Snohomish, Skagit, Island and local Tribal Courts to present contested motions, and has prepared and presented numerous multi-day trials and arbitrations during his busy practice.
His clients consistently comment on his ability to process a complex dilemma, quickly craft a detailed plan of action that accounts for a variety of potential future developments in the case, and then execute that plan. Adam believes that taking time to develop and maintain a close relationship with a client is of the utmost importance to success in court. He is excited to apply both the experience in general civil litigation gained during his clerkship with family law practice experience in a wide variety of legal arenas.
Outside of his practice, Adam enjoys cycling, is an avid chess player, and enjoys foreign language and philology. He resides in Everett with his wife.
