QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
- 1-5 years civil law experience (any type; real estate, business law, estate planning, or related practice areas preferred) OR prior judicial clerkship
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with the WSBA
- Honesty and integrity; fair advocacy; strong boundaries
- Self-motivated; resolution oriented; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Small/medium business experience preferred, but not required
- Tribal/Federal admission to practice preferred, but not required
- Must live in, or be prepared to move to, Snohomish County, Washington if hired (small relocation stipend negotiable)
